Steven was looking for a lighter set of wheels for his Pivot, and he wanted faster freehub engagement and less noise too.  The Hadley hubs have 72 points of engagement and are pretty quiet, certainly less noisy than the Hope hubs he was riding.  They’re made in the USA and have a titanium freehub body that is also 11spd road compatible, and they come with a spacer for 10spd use.  The WTB KOM i23 rims are my current favorite do-it-all trail rim for most riders.  They’re reasonably wide and light and have a UST-like tubeless bead profile with bead lock bumps to prevent burped tires.  Black hubs and spokes keep things stealthy, and a few red nipples add just a touch of color.
